The Level 0 Course is not an accredited course with the National Coach Accreditation Scheme but participants are provided with a 'Certificate of Attainment' on completion of the Course and Practical Assessment Activities undertaken in course.

Coaching Theory
Introducing Speed Training
Introducing Strength Training
Introducing Endurance (energy system) training
Introduction Flexibility Training
Resistance Training Guidelines and Progressions for Children and Youth
Basic Nutrition
Practical skill demonstration and development
Practical Activity
The course includes practical sessions that require active participation providing the participant with a varietey of skills/drills in speed, strength, endurance and flexibility training.
