腘绳肌的拉伸

Purpose: Stretch tight hamstring muscles to correct anterior pelvic tilt and excessive forward lean.
Starting Position: Begin standing with one leg rested in front of you on a step/table.
Movement:
  • From the starting position slowly lean forward while keeping your back neutral – do not round your back.
  • Slowly rotate your foot from side to side like a windshield wiper.
  • Hold a mild stretch for 20-30 seconds.
  • Repeat 2-3 times with each leg.
