胸锁乳突肌拉伸

Purpose: Stretches the sternocleidomastoid. Corrects a forward tilted head.
Starting Position: Standing in a neutral position.
Movement:
  • Tilt your head up and to the side.
  • If you were standing in the center of a square room, you would look up at the front corner by rotating and tilting your head.
  • Hold this stretch for 20-30 seconds. Return to starting position and repeat two times per side.
