"I cant lose weight if you have tried a diet in the past and it didn’t work"
More than 90% of successful weight maintainers from the National Weight Control Registry reported previous attempts at weight loss.  In fact, over 60% said that they tried 4 or more times to lose weight before the were able to lose the weight and keep it off.
Often times weight loss and weight maintenance is unsuccessful because of the methods utilized……yo yo diets, fads, and trends instead of proven methods
Our strategy is to provide you with evidence based information, action plans, personalization tools and support.  If you implement these strategies you WILL lose weight and if you consistently maintain these healthy behaviors you WILL keep it off
