If you begin to gain weight, decrease your calories by 500/day, walk more steps (at least 10,000/day), increase your physical activity to at least 30 minutes/day, eat breakfast (consider using a meal replacement bar or shake), and drink plenty of water.
If you implement the above strategies, you should be able to successfully keep your weight within a 3-5 pound window……remember, you are in control! You are successful! You can do whatever you commit to!
