A healthy lifestyle should be one of the most important key areas of focus in your entire life. If you are not healthy you cant maximize your relationships, finances, or your career success
Living a healthy lifestyle is a choice…..it is a mindset…..it is the belief that you are worth it
Here are 5 simple components of a healthy lifestyle:
1.Think better…..you need to have a postive mental attitude and focus on why health is important to you
2.Eat less……..you need to commit to eating (250-500 calories less/day) and making healthier eating choices
3.Move more……you need to commit to consistent physical activity (10,000 steps/day and 20 minutes of physical activity that makes you sweat)
4.Eliminate bad habits…..dont smoke, control your stress, get enough sleep 8 hours/night), and drink in moderation (< 2 drinks/day)
5.Get support……utilize sharecare to get informed, educated, enabled, and empowered to maximize your potential and live a healthy life
