• 1up to a 50% lower risk of type 2 diabetes
• 1)患二型糖尿病的几率降低50%

• 6up to a 68% lower risk of hip fracture
• 6)髋部骨折概率下降68%
• 7a 30% lower risk of falls (among older adults)

• 8up to a 30% lower risk of depression
• 8)抑郁的几率下降30%
• 9up to a 30% lower risk of dementia
• 9)痴呆的几率减少30%
