背阔肌的拉伸

Purpose: Stretch tight lat muscles to correct rounded shoulders or internally rotated hands.
Starting Position: Begin on hands and knees with a stability ball directly in front of you.
Movement:
  • Place one hand on the stability ball and lower the rest of your body while maintaining a neutral spine.
  • Hold a mild stretch for 20-30 seconds.
  • Repeat 2-3 times with each arm.

这个不错,上周在宝力豪power ball的课上练过。以为主要练肱三的,原来是背阔肌
