颈部(肩胛提肌)的拉伸

Purpose: Stretch levator scapula to alleviate neck tightness and help correct forward head posture.
Starting Position: Stand with your back against a wall while maintaining a neutral spine.
Movement:
  • From the starting position, draw in your abdominal muscles and pull your shoulders back.
  • Rotate your head to one side and tuck your chin into your shoulder.
  • Lower your opposite shoulder or gently place the same side arm on your head to allow for a greater stretch.
  • Hold a mild stretch for 20-30 seconds.
  • Repeat 2-3 times on each side.
