PREVENTING OR REDUCING MUSCLE SORENESS Summarizing their findings, Herbert and de Noronha (2009) state that stretching before and after exercise has not been shown to impart any additional protection from muscle soreness. Therefore, stretching does not reduce some of the mechanisms of muscle soreness, including damage to the ultrastructure of muscle, accumulation of calcium ions, cell inflammation, swelling and activation of pain receptors.
Herbert and de Noronha (2009)表明:无论拉伸在运动前或运动后,都不能预防肌肉酸痛。
