[竞技体育] 敏捷性训练的三个诀窍

Tips:

1.  Agility is the ability to move and change direction quickly in all planes of motion, which encompasses the ability to decelerate and accelerate efficiently.

2. When performing agility drills, keep the hands moving and the arms relaxed.

3. As you allow your arms to flow with your movement, your upper body will relax, creating more effective and efficient movement during the exercise.
