规律的力量训练的好处如下:

• strengthen muscles 强壮肌肉
• strengthen bones 强壮骨骼
•  prevent falls and fractures by improving balance and preserving power to correct missteps 通过提高平衡性与保持力量防止摔倒和骨折
•  ward off loss of independence by keeping muscles 由于肌肉足够强壮以维持生活的独立
strong enough for routine tasks
• help control blood sugar 帮助保持血糖
• relieve some of the load carried by the heart 减轻心脏的负担
• improve cholesterol levels 改善胆固醇水平
