[竞技体育] acsm在2002年和2009年的力量训练建议的变化

The ACSM in 2002 (2) then extended these
recommendations by targeting progression into interme-diate and advanced forms of training with specialization
for those who targeted muscle growth, strength, power,
and endurance enhancement for essentially all healthy
adults including the general health and fitness, athletic,
and older adult populations. These guidelines were
extended in the form of an evidence-based document in
2009. Thus, RT has come a long way to where it is now a
scientifically proven and overwhelmingly   recommended
form of exercise for healthy adults
