Common Movement Errors常见的动作错误1、Common MovementErrors of Acceleration and Sprinting加速和冲刺时常见的动作错误:
Center of Mass is not close enough to thestart line (goal is to decrease the distance the center of mass must move increating acceleration during the pushing phase)
身体重心没有尽可能靠近起跑线(目的是减少重心与起跑线间距,以便通过重心移动,在起跑推动时增加加速度)
Excessive / too early rise of trunk withinitial drive
在起跑阶段过多/太早地直立躯干
Inadequate length of first step
第一步长度不足
Poor foot position in contact phase for firststep
第一步支撑期足部位置不佳
Excessive “pause” / time with foot to groundcontact with steps - prolonged push off phase
过长“停顿”/起跑阶段足部与地面接触时间过长
Excessive lateral movement of trunk and pelvis/centerof mass
躯干和骨盆/重心出现过大的侧向摆动
Excessive knee extension during pull through
在摆动相时过大的膝关节伸展
Limited hip flexion during late swing
摆动末期髋关节屈曲受限
Poor single leg stability leading to lateral pelvis and trunk translation
单腿稳定性较差导致骨盆和躯干的侧向移位
Excessive trunk rotation with arm counter-rotation
过度地躯干旋转伴随上肢运动反转
Poor foot placement to center of mass alignment - such as"pawing" ground with foot
足部位置相对重心的不良生物力学对线排列—例如用足部扒地

2、Common MovementErrors of Directional Change and Cutting变向和制动时常见的动作错误
Excessive knee valgus (due to increased hip/femoral internal rotationand excessive ankle eversion)
过度的膝关节外翻(原因:髋关节/股骨内旋角度增大和过多的踝关节外翻)
High center of mass (too erect) - inadequate hip/knee flexion andinadequate ankle dorsiflexion (inadequate ankle DF is more related to anklesprains)
重心过高(过度直立)--髋关节和膝关节屈曲不充分,踝关节背屈不充分(踝关节背屈不充分与踝关节扭伤相关)
